AIM North Symposium is a collaboration project initiated and organized by Xplorico and NORA - Norwegian Artificial Intelligence Research Consortium in partnership with Oslo Metropolitan University.

XPLORICO provides "Startup to Scaleup" venture building partnerships by providing a comprehensive approach backed by our team of experienced professionals. Our process fosters collaboration and innovation to ensure we not only understand the core needs of clients but also help them develop successfully. If you are a startup, scaleup, or even an entrepreneur with a great idea, we'd love to hear about it. Digital Transformation is all about people. Technology makes it possible but only people can make it happen.

Therefore, we look at people and the team first. Xplorico
adds value by providing proactive business partnerships as active shareholders. As company builders we accompany our ventures throughout the entire developmental value chain, proactively building startups following a clear developmental roadmap throughout the Marmer stages. We are deeply involved in the development of our ventures compared to traditional accelerators or incubators enabling performance by being aware of all key success factors the venture needs to focus on. Our focus is predominantly on emerging technologies and the fields of Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Analytics & The Internet of Things.

NORA – Norwegian Artificial Intelligence Research Consortium – is a Norwegian collaboration between 8 universities, 3 university colleges, and 4 research institutes within AI, machine learning and robotics. We are strengthening Norwegian research, education, and innovation within these fields. Artificial intelligence (AI) is developing rapidly and is being increasingly used in a wide variety of applications and industries.

Understanding the startup landscape in Norway is important for research, industry, and government as startups represent a crucial segment of pioneering invention and innovation. NORA whom facilitates the Norwegian AI Directory, has been recognized as an official entrepreneurial ecosystem for AI and Innovation by Innovation Norway.

The NORA initiative recognized by Innovation Norway was NORA.startup, an initiative that was launched in 2019. NORA.startup is a growing community of startups and researchers interested in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics. As the innovation platform in NORA, NORA.startup aims to facilitate cooperation between academia, incubators, and startups in Norway.

OSLOMET aspires to play a leading role as a provider of research-based knowledge related to the welfare state, in Norway and abroad. Being an urban university with a diverse academic profile and a clear international orientation.

Through the research we conduct and the students we educate, OsloMet seeks to respond to the needs of society and the labor market. OsloMet is forward-thinking and committed to adopting new technologies and innovative solutions that improve the way the university is run.  OsloMet & SimulaMet AI Lab administers research and student projects in artificial intelligence, both applied and basic research, including theory and the use of machine learning in different areas.
